SJ Housing Development

This splendid development of high quality and sustainable homes was completed in 2016. The properties were within a Conservation area, and required a traditional approach to design to satisfy planning concerns. It was however crucial to ensure that the properties were designed for the requirements of modern living, and to to meet targets for energy efficiency and renewable energy. We specified the use of Mitsubishi Ecodan Heat pumps to provide central heating, and solar thermal panels to the rear elevation to top up hot water production. The properties were extremely popular and sold easily due to; their quality design, location, low running costs, and quality of finish.
